Be sure to tell us all about your vision (including an estimated due date, event date, location, number of attendees (furry-friends too), etc.). Need help creating your vision and choosing a location? No problem - let's brainstorm together!


Let's get to know each other! Our session should capture your story and everything unique about you and your loved ones (hey - furry friends are family too right, so 100% A-OK to include them)! Once we pick a date and location, you will receive a new client questionnaire as well as your contract. Don't be afraid to be genuinely "You" in your responses - it helps to know and understand all of your session needs & wants! Your contract will provide all of the details in regards to your session, as well as detail your investment. Upon signing your contract, you will be taken to your invoice to pay your booking fee - in order for NK Photography 365 LLC to hold your date/time of the shoot, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking.


Heck yes - but only after the 50% non-refundable retainer has been paid. Be sure to let us know how you'd like the remainder of your investment to be split up (we can set it to weekly, monthly, bi-weekly, or even on specific dates). Need it to be spread out past your session date? No problem - just keep in mind the gallery won't be released until the last payment has been received.


Be sure to check your contract for cancellation terms. If in the event you need to reschedule a portrait session, you have 30 days (special circumstances may apply) to re-schedule/re-shoot. Once the 30 days have passed, your session investment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.


60-days from your gallery link email. Did your computer crash? Lost your phone or flash drive you stored your images on? NK Photography 365 LLC stores your images for 1 year from your session date. Don't hesitate to reach out if you lost your images!


You may; however, keep in mind your gallery prints come from a professional print-shop that won't crop, resize, or re-color your images. What does that mean? What you get in your gallery, may not be what you get at an outside print-shop quality-wise. When printing at outside print-shops, be sure to bring your contract which states you have print-rights for personal use. A lot of times they will request this before releasing your images.
